My Orange/Chocolate torte is dense and fudge-rich.
That is only the beginning.
Accent the two chocolates and orange oil of the filling
with Tahitian vanilla, Cognac and a hint of molasses.
Add butter, cane sugar and syrup, eggs and an extra yolk.
Pour it into and bake in a crust of our 'Trade Winds' biscotti,
enriched with butter and white chocolate,
enhanced with orange zest and Tahitian vanilla.
