I just received my order of biscotti. It was the third time I've ordered and every time the biscotti arrived safe and sound, well packed and incredibly fast. I'm easily addicted to these bloody things.
I am as impressed with Bob and his company as I am with the cookies. After receiving my second order, I was informed that there was an ongoing sale and they refunded me the difference. As well, they honored the sale price on my last order, even though I realized afterwards that I ordered the day after the offer expired.
I will continue to order from Bob's.
