Our Brioche


We make our with the love and care it deserves.
It is, after all, the queen of breads - rich with egg and organic butter,
held together with organic, sweet-smelling winter wheat - the world's
best bread flour from the Great Plains.
Aged with an overnight rise then shaped into loaves,
risen and baked carefully to a golden brown. One bite will let you know,
our brioche is worth all the effort we put into it.

Citron Brioche is a sweeter loaf,
developed for Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery
and flavored with their wonderful Citron aperitif.
The one pound braided loaf is filled with golden raisins,
currents and tart cherries plumped with citron,
plus candied ginger and spices.

Cocktail Brioche Cocktail Brioche


The cocktail brioche is our traditional brioche
in a small loaf size. It's mostly organic and purely delicious.
Rich with egg and butter, it makes great demi-grilled cheese
sandwiches for a smaller lunch with salad or soup.
Slice thin and make hors d'oeuvres for a party.
Slice thicker to make a platter of French toast.
