Rich Brioche Cinnamon/Sour Cream Coffeecake
I can't imagine a richer coffeecake.
The brioche dough is made with sour cream, whole milk, egg yokes,
A splash of Madagascar vanilla,
And butter. And butter. Then more butter beaten in.
It's filled with a Saigon cinnamon, sour cream, brown sugar mix
With locally sourced, freshly toasted pecans added,
This will easily serve 12 for a gathering.
Lasts for weeks in the fridge... if you let it.
Mostly organic. All natural.
Buttery rich, pecan crunch, swirls of brown sugar, sour cream!
Unforgettable!

Pecan Paradise Bars
These are so lovely - inviting.
A thin layer of chocolate cake topped with caramel and pecans.
And they are as delicious as they look.
The cake is baked in the pan and allowed to cool.
The caramel gets a shot of rum and romantic Mexican vanilla
then the locally grown toasted pecans,
and it all goes into the oven to be baked.
They come ten to a box.
Keep refrigerated after delivery.
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
(not shipped during the heat of summer)
"I'm going to have to hide them better."
