Rich Brioche Cinnamon/Sour Cream Coffeecake
I can't imagine a richer coffeecake!
It begins with a brioche dough - a marvelously rich one
made with sour cream, whole milk, egg yokes
a touch of lemon juice and a splash of Madagascar vanilla
before butter - lots of butter is kneaded in.
After the dough rests overnight, it's rolled thin then rolled up to hold
a mix of Saigon cinnamon, organic brown sugar and natural sour cream
coating locally sourced, freshly toasted, chopped pecans.
Our ten inch layered ring will easily serve 12 for a gathering.
Lasts for weeks in the fridge...if you let it.
Mostly organic. All natural.
(Delivered sliced unless otherwise requested when ordering.)

Pecan Paradise Bars
These are so lovely - inviting.
A thin layer of chocolate cake topped with caramel and pecans.
And they are as delicious as they look.
The cake is baked in the pan and allowed to cool.
The caramel gets a shot of rum and romantic Mexican vanilla
then the locally grown toasted pecans,
and it all goes into the oven to be baked.
They come ten to a box.
Keep refrigerated after delivery.
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
(not shipped during the heat of summer)
"I'm going to have to hide them better."
