Our Brioche

We make our with the love and care it deserves.
It is, after all, the queen of breads - rich with egg and organic butter,
held together with organic, sweet-smelling winter wheat - the world's
best bread flour from the Great Plains.
Aged with an overnight rise then shaped into loaves,
risen and baked carefully to a golden brown. One bite will let you know,
our brioche is worth all the effort we put into it.

Developed for Somerset Ridge Vineyard and Winery,
It's flavored with their wonderful Citron aperitif.
The one pound braided loaf is filled with jumbo and golden raisins,
currents and tart cherries plumped with Citron and lemon oil.
Add to that, candied ginger and spices.
